A recipe from Seattle Seahawks, legend and former congressman from Oklahoma, Steve Largent. This is actually the second Steve Largent recipe I’ve made on here, and this one involves zero canned salmon. Thank god. But it is yet again more Oklahoma than Washington, and yet again using the cheap stuff. Definitely not bad, and the avocado is a clever way of keeping moisture in the fake steak. But I would’ve loved this on a bun with a condiment. #superbowl #recipes
