what led to this: cried myself to sleep, slept 4.5 hours, woke up at 7am went to watch my 8 month old and 3 year old nephews for the day - all I wanted to do when I got home was curl up in a ball w a cozy movie but the gym was calling (a rarity these days, usually have to force myself kicking & screaming) and I decided to answer…did the hardest 2 hour workout and felt 10x better instantly. more than anything high intensity workouts help my mental health in a way nothing else can. SWEAT THERAPY.
