My students started dreading i-ready during small group but they still needed to pass their goals! So I celebrated them on the weekly i-Ready Award slideshow (I promise this would have been enough!) I handed out one ticket for each goal they reached. (I had sooo many tickets in my closet, I didn’t know what to do with them.) Then they were able to spend them on a prize every Friday.
