‼️VULNERABILITY POST‼️ In 2023 I became so consistent in working out, going to the gym daily. No matter what time I went to sleep I still made it a priority to get up and get to the gym.. January 31st I was in the middle of a workout when I got a call about my papa passing away and hadn’t been consistent in the gym since. Instead of using grief as motivation and fuel in the gym I let grief sit me down. I let grief sulk for a long time. But I take my power back from it from here on out.. cheers t
