Some changes to Aged Care are happening on 1 November 2025. The Support at Home program will replace Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs. If you have or were approved for a Home Care Package on or before 12 September 2024, you’re covered by the ‘no worse off’ principle.
