FLEXOR CARPI RADIALIS is one of 20 muscles in the forearm. This muscles is named based upon it’s function and location. It is located in the anterior compartment of the forearm, on the radial side. “Carpi” refers to the wrist, and this muscle flexes the wrist. It can also assist with abduction of the wrist.
