🥩 Old-Fashioned Swiss Steak with Mushroom Gravy (Classic Comfort Food • Slow-Braised & Tender • Better Than Takeout) This old-fashioned Swiss steak is the kind that cooked low and slow on the stove until the beef was fork-tender and the kitchen smelled like supper was almost ready. Smothered in a rich mushroom gravy, this is pure country comfort — simple ingredients, patient cooking, and gravy meant to be spooned generously. This one never needed fancy names. It just worked 🤍 ⏱️ Recipe Details
