2.1K views · 156 reactions | Growing my brain  23 minutes hyperlapsed in meditation. Every day is different. Today was pretty bad but still ploughed through. I was able to focus more on Vipassana (Asubha) rather than Samatha (Breath focused) and thats a surprise.. Maybe I had slowly made the switch.
