Preheat oven to 170C / 335F, line or grease a 2lb loaf tin Ingredients 8 oz self raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) 3 eggs 6 oz soft butter 6 oz soft light brown sugar or caster sugar 3 apples peeled and cubed Method Sieve flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a mixing bowl, add eggs, butter and sugar and beat together till smooth.
