Bought a cheap lizard mask and garden claw gloves for my Reptilian/Lizardman costume. Of course the mask was incredibly creased and dented from being folded up into a little baggy to ship it, so I had to do some fixin'... I mentioned the heatgun part but then neglected to video any of the actual reshaping, done with the heat gun, thick gloves, a bone folder, and some binder clips. Also missed lots of the painting... repainted the spines, and his little neck nodules.... I will get better at this
