Slow motion release drill with my wrist brace on. Yes I know not everyone loves them but for me it’s help relieve pain in my Wrist from when I broke it as a teenager. I can bowl with out it, I actually won a world championship without it, but when I bowl without it for long periods of time, the pain is terrible and hangs around for days. I’m always working on strengthening my wrist but not much helps. For anyone wondering if they need one or not, I would say try it, and whatever you think will h
