May 11, 2020 · Zakk Wilde just plays JCM 800's. Ace Frehely was a serious 50 watt Marshall nut. Scorpions, AC/DC,, so many. I don't know what all models it went in, but I do know about the JMP Master Super Leads, and JCM 800's vertical inputs. I guess the JMP Masters, were the first master volume amps Marshall made after the Plexi series of amps, which had no MV.

Dec 18, 2010 · The knob looks like a standard Marshall knob but it is attached to this white plastic shaft with a c shaped cut out at the end which grips the rotary part of the control inside the amp. Anyone got any ideas where I could get a couple of these? I am putting together a 70's blues/rock band and intend to use all Marshall amplification.

So what happened to Marshall and questions like the power break can be answered by pointing to Marshall dropping the ball.

Jul 26, 2023 · (I bought it because I missed my JVM410 & Marshall Vintage 60 Quad). I bought the JVM410C used (1 year old in mint condition), changed out all the tubes, re-biased a few times, and even put in Celestion Neo V type speakers for a short while (this combo is heavy!!). Unfortunately, the amp doesn't 'sing', particularly the crunch channel in all modes.
