The acquisition is the eighth add-on since Main’s investment in BCS in April 2022. The combined BCS organization now employs around 220 people with this deal.

Viking Global Investors has become a majority stakeholder in Voyado, a customer experience platform made for retail. The deal values the company at SKr3.5 billion ($370 million; €320 million).
