The 32nd annual Sandpipers Holiday Homes Tour is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 7, and from 10 a.m.

The approximately 650-acre sites in Wilmington and Carson are expected to be shut down in the fourth quarter of 2025, which will impact 600 full-time employees as well as 300 contractor positions.
