Authorities revealed disturbing new details about the alleged torture of Sam Nordquist, a 24-year-old Black transgender man who was found dead in New York state last month.

Nordquist, 24, was beaten, sexually assaulted, starved and forced to consume feces, urine and tobacco juice over the course of a month, officials said Wednesday.

All seven people arrested in connection with the killing of Sam Nordquist — the 24-year-old transgender man who authorities say was tortured over multiple weeks — have been charged with first-degree murder in an indictment.
