Detroit Lions headcoach Dan Campbell provided a positive update on Morice Norris after an injury scare in the team's preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons.

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) — Detroit Lions safety Morice Norris, who was taken off the field in an ambulance late in a preseason game last week, is in concussion protocol and doing well, coach Dan Campbell said Monday.

Dan Campbell said the Lions would take it easy with Norris for the next 10-14 days, and then see where he is at.
