Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Saturday he secured a “modified” temporary restraining order that will halt former U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke and his political group,

"[H]e still thinks he’s above the law, so I’m working to put him behind bars," the Texas attorney general said.

Beto O’Rourke on Tuesday called Ken Paxton a “corrupt, lying thug,” after the attorney general said O’Rourke should be “locked up” for defying a judge’s order.
