The US State Department on Tuesday released a pared-down version of its annual report meant to catalogue human rights concerns in countries around the world.

The State Dept. said the 2024 reports on countries were "adjusted" to be "aligned to the administration's executive orders."

The State Department is out Monday with its long-delayed annual Human Rights Report, and this year's edition looks much different than previous installations.
