Commissioner Adam Silver reveals that the NBA Cup championship may be contested in some unique and lively venues in the future

NBA commissioner Adam Silver said Tuesday that the league is considering alternate sites to stage the NBA Cup final in future seasons. That could include moving the game outside of Las Vegas — and perhaps playing the championship game in a college venue.

The NBA itself has seen an influx of European players. According to the association's official communications, a record 71 European players were on the roster when the season began, including some of the most popular and talented players, such as Nikola Jokic, Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Victor Wembanyama, and others.
