The Friends for Life Animal Rescue in Gilbert is hosting a three-day yard sale this weekend to raise money for animals they are rescuing off the streets.

Several area high school are playing in tournaments in the midseason to prepare for higher levels of competition. The Valley Center Hornets are hosting the January Jam Thursday through Saturday.
