Georgia lawmakers voted to include funds for items including recovery from Hurricane Helene, economic developments, charter system grants and school security improvements.

Georgia Gov. Kemp held a press conference to sign the amended 2025 budget, which includes funding for Hurricane Helene relief efforts, on Thursday morning.
