Crozer Health CEO Tony Esposito sent employees a four-paragraph email today declaring it Employee Appreciation Day and thanking them for their service, even as the certainty of the Crozer Health system hangs in the balance. Entitled “Happy Appreciation Day!”, the email was distributed to employees, which number approximately 3,000.
