Six train cars derailed in Worcester, prompting a large emergency response as the tankers were carrying ethanol.

Two of the cars contained ethanol, which appeared to have gone through a business building. The fire department has since shut down the power to the building and has been in touch with the owner.

A train carrying ethanol derailed in Worcester, Massachusetts, the city's fire department confirmed Sunday. The train derailed just before noon on Sunday at 640 Cambridge Street in Worcester. Several of the train's cars left the track, with two overturned, Worcester Assistant Fire Chief Adam Roche said.
