When the Dodgers signed KBO infielder Hye-Seong Kim, there was plenty of speculation that Gavin Lux could be shopped with the Mariners and Yankees appearing as two of the most seamless trade partners.

The versatile Gavin Lux, 26, is expected to move around from second base to left field and possibly even see time at third, shortstop and first base.

The Cincinnati Reds have acquired minor league pitcher Owen White in a trade Monday with the Texas Rangers. White had recently been designated for assignment.

The Dodgers have reportedly been working to find a trading partner for Lux, who drew interest from both the San Diego Padres and New York Yankees in recent weeks.
