Gov. Glenn Youngkin on Saturday ordered the U.S. and Virginia flags to be flown at full staff on Monday, Jan. 20 to recognize the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump.

Youngkin also touched on Trump's legal troubles. Trump became the first person convicted of a felony to assume the presidency. This month, he was sentenced to no punishment in his historic hush-money case, a judgment that let him return to the White House unencumbered by the threat of a jail term or a fine.
