HBO Max in the U.S. will feature a sampling of 15 of BritBox series, at no additional cost to HBO Max subscribers, for a two-month promotional period.

HBO Max is giving U.S. subscribers a taste of British television series like Luther and The Office thanks to a short-term digital arrangement with BritBox. From August 1 through September 29, HBO Max will launch a “programming pop-up” featuring a sampling of 15 different British television series that are available via BritBox,

The Warner Bros. Discovery streamer and the BBC Studios-owned BritBox have struck a deal to bring 15 BritBox shows to HBO Max in August and September. The "pop-up" - similar to an arrangement between AMC and Netflix in 2024 - will run from Aug. 1-Sept. 29.
