Early Tuesday morning, ICE reported that officers arrested a man from Honduras who had allegedly re-entered the United States illegally.
A Portland, Oregon, man has been federally charged after threatening to kill federal law enforcement agents and to sexually assault their wives.
"There is no constitutional right to resist arrest, and doing so endangers everyone involved," U.S. Attorney D. Michael Dunavant stated.
ICE said Wednesday that a man arrested by agents Tuesday in a St. Paul neighborhood entered the U.S. illegally from Honduras. Meanwhile, the U.S. Attorney’s Office of Minnesota charged another man with assault of a federal officer in the incident, saying he did so by striking an ICE officer’s vehicle.
