NBA superstar Kevin Durant, who currently plays for the Phoenix Suns, is proving to be an asset for the Tennessee Vols on the recruiting trail. Durant played for the Texas Longhorns in college before making the jump to the NBA.
Kevin Durant scored 22 points in his return to Austin Thursday but his Phoenix Suns lost 120-109 to the San Antonio Spurs.
Those three players were easy choices with Durant considering that he has gotten a chance to play with all of them in recent years. He was teammates with Tatum and Embiid on the U.S. Olympic team that won gold in Paris last summer and spent multiple seasons with Irving on the Brooklyn Nets.

The Spurs are playing a pair of games at the home of the Longhorns, and one of them will involve Durant and the Suns.
