The SEPTA Board will vote on a new company to operate its beleaguered Key fare card. The Key card, under current operator Conduent, has been prone to glitches and millions in cost overruns since it was introduced in 2016.

SEPTA on Thursday reported its largest one-year drop in serious crime, and touted their once short-staffed police force that is now its largest in over a decade.
