NEW ORLEANS – Spurs center Bismack Biyombo knows how difficult it can be for a big man in the NBA to experience knee problems. Biyombo underwent arthroscopic surgery in April 2019 while with the Charlotte Hornets to fix chronic issues in his left knee.
Trey Murphy III scored 24 points, Zion Williamson added 18 and the New Orleans Pelicans completed a two-game home game sweep of the San Antonio Spurs, 109-103.
