OpenVPN doesn't have much in the way of IPv6 support without patches and hacks, unfortunately. Maybe there's some way to disable/enable IPv6 on the network adapter via script?

Make a TAP style openvpn setup. Run radvd on the server (and turn on ipv6 routing via sysctl), and let the client auto-config. done.
