Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi welcomed baby daughter Athena on 22 January, but the birth announcement was worlds apart from their daughter Sienna's in 2021.

Princess Beatrice, who is ninth in line to the British throne, has welcomed her second child with her husband, millionaire property tycoon Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

The middle name is, of course, a tribute to Princess Beatrice's late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, who died the same month Sienna was born. While the couple haven't confirmed it, Sienna could also be a nod to her dad's Italian heritage, as Siena is a location in Tuscany, Italy.
