The Boston College Eagles (7-5, 4-4 ACC) football team is starting practice for the 2024 Pinstripe Bowl which it will play in on Saturday, Dec. 28 at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, N.Y. The Eagles will take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers (6-6, 3-6 B1G) in the bowl game.

Boston College coach Bill O’Brien used the word “iconic” to describe both the venue and opponent for the Eagle's bowl game.

The Boston College Eagles (7-5, 4-4 ACC) football team received its bowl invitation on Sunday afternoon to take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers (6-6, 3-6 B1G) in the Pinstripe Bowl on Dec. 28 at Yankee Stadium. On Monday, Eagles head coach Bill O’Brien spoke about being selected to the bowl game and shared his early thoughts on Nebraska.

Boston College football will face Nebraska in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium at noon on Dec. 28. It’s the second straight bowl game at a baseball stadium for the Eagles (7-5, 4-4 Atlantic Coast Conference), who outlasted Southern Methodist, 23-14, in the Fenway Bowl last year.

There's really nothing like a fun stat to start the morning to any sports fan, and Boston College fans are no different. When Boston College faces off against Nebraska in the Pinstripe Bowl, it will be the first ever meeting between the two historic programs.
