The New York Rangers traded captain Jacob Trouba to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for defenseman Urho Vaakanainen and a fourth-round draft pick this weekend.

After shipping Jacob Trouba to the Anaheim Ducks, the New York Rangers are reportedly already looking at potential replacements.

Veteran defenseman Jacob Trouba made his debut with the Anaheim Ducks yesterday evening following Friday’s trade from the New York Rangers. Trouba, of course, was sent to the Ducks in exchange for Urho Vakanainen and a 4th round pick after he reportedly faced the threat of being placed on waivers by Rangers GM Chris Drury.

This past weekend in the NHL was a wild one. After the Jacob Trouba trade, it appeared to open the floodgates for all trade rumors. One of them that was spreading around X.com was that Dylan Larkin had requested a trade.
