Luke Combs shared details about the “rumination” caused by his ”wicked” obsessive-compulsive disorder that traps him in a cycle of intrusive thoughts.

Luke Combs says he has a type of obsessive-compulsive disorder known as 'pure O,' an unofficial diagnosis where the compulsions are entirely mental.

His particular OCD is “particularly wicked” because it’s not outwardly obvious and his thoughts are sometimes “intrusively violent,” Combs said.
