Hour-by-hour forecast: When and where Oklahoma storms with tornado threat will move in Thursday
Radar predictor shows that quick-moving storms will come in from southwestern Oklahoma before reaching the OKC metro by 7-8 a.m. Thursday. Storms will continue in far northeastern Oklahoma during the late morning before leaving the state.
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The big weather story is the rain today as temperatures remain steady (seasonal) for much of the day near the Nebraska border with mild temperatures for most. A second storm system will push through late Friday afternoon into Friday night which may bring some light snowfall amounts to the area with minimal impacts expected.
On Saturday, more rain is forecast with a repeat of warmer-than-normal temperatures, a high of 40 and a low of 27. Snow is expected in areas north of the city, according to the NWS, which predicts minor snow accumulation in the Saginaw-Bay City-Midland and Thumb areas.
