Authorities say a Wisconsin woman who admitted to nearly stabbing a classmate to death in 2014 to please the horror character Slender Man has been found in Illinois after she cut off an electronic monitoring device and left a group home.
Slender Man attacker Morgan Geyser is currently missing after she removed her police tracking bracelet and failed to return to her halfway house in Wisconsin. Geyser, now 22, was charged with first-degree murder after stabbing classmate Payton Leutner 19 times with the help of friend Anissa Weier in 2014.
The woman convicted of brutally stabbing her sixth-grade classmate to please the fictional horror character "Slender Man" was apprehended in Illinois after having left her Wisconsin group home with a 43-year-old man, officials said.
