Punxsutawney Phil is said to have seen his shadow, predicting 6 more weeks of winter weather

At around 7:25 a.m. ET, as a crowd stood in -2 degree weather, Punxsutawney Phil did see his shadow and predicted that there would be six more weeks of winter.
