Uwan (International name: Fung-wong) intensified into a typhoon-category cyclone as of 8:00 p.m. on Friday, the state weather bureau said. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its bulletin that Uwan is now packing maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center,
