The poster for the upcoming UFC 323 pay-per-view (PPV) event on Dec. 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada, has officially dropped and fight fans are a bit disappointed. After all, this will be the last time UFC is hosting a PPV event before the model changes in 2026.

Paramount CEO David Ellison said the addition of UFC bouts to Paramount+ helps justify the price hikes set to take effect on the service in early 2026.

At the start of 2026, the UFC officially moves from ESPN to Paramount and under the terms of the new seven year, $7.7 billion deal the promotion’s pay-per-view format is coming to a close.

Paramount+ subscribers can expect to pony up a little more cash as the streaming service enters its broadcast partnership with the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

With 2025 rapidly coming to a close, it looks like plans for the first major UFC event of the Paramount era are already in the works.
