After your computer reboots, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart. Windows will reboot again, after which you can choose which kind of Safe Mode you would like to enter.

Click "OK." Click "Restart" to restart your computer. When you log in again, the programs you de-selected from the start-up list will not start automatically.
