There is no longer a threat of explosion at a tank filled with a toxic chemical at the GKN Aerospace facility in Garden Grove, officials says Monday.

The evacuation zone around a failing chemical tank in Southern California is shrinking after officials said the "worst-case scenario" of a catastrophic explosion has been averted.
