The rain and wind on Thursday brought some slick roadways, and localized street flooding to areas in the storm's path.

The NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA issued a flood advisory at 8:14 a.m. on Friday in effect until noon for Los Angeles.

If rain falls as forecast, this storm could result in downtown Los Angeles seeing its wettest November since 1985. Heavy rain brings the possibility of damaging flooding and landslides.
