Shocking witness videos shared on social media showed a Turkish C-130 military cargo plane spinning as it fell from the sky and crashed near the border between Georgia and Azerbaijan.

Turkey’s defense minister said Wednesday all 20 personnel on a military cargo plane that crashed in Georgia have died.
