Embattled South Korean superstar Kim Soo Hyun has personally addressed a growing scandal about the nature of his relationship with late actress Kim Sae-ron for the first time, in a closely watched saga that has roiled the country’s entertainment industry.

South Korea has been abuzz over the sensational allegations against actor Kim Soo-hyun following the suicide of Kim Sae-ron. Kim has been accused of having a relationship with the late actor when she was 15 and he was in his late 20s.

On Monday in Seoul, Kim Soo-hyun and his legal representatives from LKB & Partners held a press conference denying the allegations against him.
