18-year-old arrested in deadly N. Portland rollover crash linked to street race, police said
An 18-year-old was arrested in connection with a Saturday crash that police linked to street racing, Portland police said. Juan Raul Medina Dominguez, 18, is accused of negligent homicide and reckless driving in the death of a juvenile passenger who was not wearing a seatbelt. He was booked into Multnomah County Detention Center early Sunday.
