The 55-year-old record producer is facing another, fresh legal battle after a lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual battery by a woman who claims that in September 2016 the music producer dangled her from a 17-story balcony as others were on site, including his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

The 17-page complaint alleges sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment over an incident that occurred in late September 2016.
