DETROIT – Adam Ottavino is taking another spin on the DFA merry-go-round. The veteran reliever was designated for assignment Tuesday for the second time in five days, this one just a day after he was re-signed and pitched 1/3 of an inning in the Yankees’ loss to the Tigers on Monday.

DETROIT — The Yankees made an expected bullpen move on Tuesday morning, activating Ian Hamilton from the injured list. The right-hander had his spring training interrupted by a tooth/gum infection.
