Roughly two months ago, former One Direction star Liam Payne passed away after falling off a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires. On Tuesday, the judge involved in this case made a decision regarding a pair of hotel employees.

Two more hotel employees have now been charged in connection with the One Direction singer's fatal balcony fall. Rolling Stone reported on Tuesday (Dec. 10) that an Argentinian judge has charged the manager of the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires, as well as the receptionist who called 911 during the incident.

Investigators are searching for answers in regards to what led to Liam Payne’s death. On October 16, 2024, the former One Direction member fell to his death from a balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires.
