AccuWeather forecasters expect this spring to be chilly for the majority of New England, Massachusetts should expect to see wind gusts and some hail across the spring season. Pockets of snow are also expected to fall up until the end of May, on Thursday parts of Western Mass. were predicted to see around 3 inches of snowfall.
